DESIGN THINKING + EDUCATION
I've been given the opportunity to teach an English workshop at Santa Elena school. We started in July, and although we have a few hours per week together, we've accomplished many things that you can see here http://vimeo.com/eguye2014/videos
context: having 10 17-year-old students from different classes (meaning they didn't know each other so well), we decided to build the group first. For this, we came up with EGUYE (that stands for English Group Uruguay Edition). We created an Email account, Facebook group, and Youtube and Vimeo channel with the same name. Since then, we've been working on different projects together, and uploading our work to our Vimeo Channel.
Se me presentó la oportunidad de enserñar un taller de inglés en el Liceo Santa Elena. Comenzamos en julio, y si bien tenemos pocas horas juntos a la semana, hemos logrado muchas cosas hasta ahora, las cuales pueden ver aquà http://vimeo.com/eguye2014/videos
contexto: 10 estudiantes de 17 años, pertenecientes a diferentes orientaciones (lo que significa que no se conocÃan mucho entre ellos). Decidimos trabajar en el concepto de grupo primero. Para esto, creamos el nombre EGUYE (que significa English Group Uruguay Edition). Creamos una cuenta de mail, un grupo de facebook, y un canal de youtube y vimeo. Desde entonces, hemos estado trabajando en diferentes proyectos, y subiendo los resultados en nuestro canal de vimeo.
